1. Service Description

Clipzz ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered video generation platform at clipzz.me. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. AI-Generated Content

Videos created on Clipzz are generated using artificial intelligence. The content is comedic and satirical in nature. We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.

• Generated videos may include parody and comedic interpretations of public figures, trends, and events.
• You are responsible for how you use, share, or distribute generated content.
• We reserve the right to refuse generation of content that violates our safety guidelines.

3. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading selfies, photos, or other images to Clipzz:

• You confirm you have the right to use those images.
• You grant us a temporary license to process them for video generation.
• Uploaded images are processed in real-time and not permanently stored beyond the generation session.

4. Celebrity Likeness & Parody

Clipzz generates comedy content that may reference public figures, celebrities, or trending topics. This content is created for entertainment and parody purposes under fair use principles. It is not intended to represent actual statements, actions, or endorsements by any real person.

5. Payments & Credits

• Video credits are purchased through Stripe at $5 for 2 standard videos.
• Extended videos (25-30 seconds) cost 2 credits each.
• Credits are non-refundable except in cases of generation failure, where credits are automatically returned.
• Auto-reload, when enabled by the user, charges $5 automatically when credits run out.
• Promotional credits (PWA install, notifications) are limited to one per user.

6. Data Retention

Generated videos are stored on our servers and accessible via your session. If you provide an email, your videos are linked to your account for recovery. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Clipzz to create content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clipzz is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or generated content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
